Mike is a Founder and Managing Partner at GreenSky, as well as a non-practicing Partner at Ormston List Frawley LLP, a Toronto boutique corporate law firm. He has co-founded 15+ companies, with three meaningful exits and has decades of experience running, financing and providing legal advice to start ups. Mike holds a BAH and LLB from Queen's University. In his spare time, he plays guitar and Ultimate Frisbee and spends time with his wife and their kids.

Marian is a Managing Partner at GreenSky. She was previously the Lead Portfolio Manager and Research Director at Sionna Investment Managers, a Toronto-based boutique asset management firm. Marian holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and is a CFA ® charterholder. In her spare time, she drives her kids to their sports practices.

Jeff is a Managing Partner at GreenSky. He was previously the founder of five technology startups. As a founder, operator and angel investor, he has achieved successful exits with prominent companies including Google, Apple, HP, Calabrio (Thoma Bravo), Opera Software and Bitfone. Jeff is also the holder of 30 patents across artificial intelligence, wireless technology, and consumer electronics. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing guitar and golfing with his wife.

Greg is a Managing Partner at GreenSky. He was an Equity Analyst at Neuberger Berman prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of American Strategic Insurance. Greg is a graduate of the Universities of Florida (BA) and Toronto (MBA). In his spare time, he is an executive producer of indie films.

Valdis is the Chief Technologist at GreenSky. He was previously the Chief Information Officer at Research in Motion and the Chief Technology Officer at Virgin Mobile Canada. He also held senior executive roles at ATI Technologies and A.G. Simpson Co. Valdis holds a BASc, an MASc in Computer Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he snowmobiles the Great White North.

Neil is a Partner at GreenSky. He was previously a Senior Consultant at SECOR/KPMG Strategy Consulting. He is the Founder and former Owner/Operator of a software development company. Neil holds an HBA from the Ivey School at Western University and an MBA and MGA from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he plays nerdy strategy board games.

Moien is a Principal at GreenSky. He is the author of 18 peer-reviewed scientific articles and he has experience as a strategy and business consultant to start ups. Moien holds a BASc in Polymer Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic, an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he reads, cooks and watches Netflix.

Justin is a Senior Associate at GreenSky. He was previously an Associate at Verstra Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Constellation Software, and a Senior Consultant at EY. Justin holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University. In his spare time, he travels and tries new restaurants.

Victoria is an Investor Relations Manager at GreenSky. She previously worked as a Corporate Recruiter with experience in finance, insurance, and healthcare. Victoria holds a BASc in Environmental Health from Ryerson University and an MSc in Occupational Health from McGill University. She has completed her VC University Certificate through StartUp@Berkeley Law. In her spare time, she plans travel adventures with her kids.
