Mike is a Founder and Managing Partner at GreenSky, as well as a non-practicing Partner at Ormston List Frawley LLP, a Toronto boutique corporate law firm. He has co-founded 15+ companies, with three meaningful exits and has decades of experience running, financing and providing legal advice to start ups. Mike holds a BAH and LLB from Queen's University. In his spare time, he plays guitar and Ultimate Frisbee and spends time with his wife and their kids.

Greg is a Managing Partner at GreenSky. He was an Equity Analyst at Neuberger Berman prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of American Strategic Insurance. Greg is a graduate of the Universities of Florida (BA) and Toronto (MBA). In his spare time, he is an executive producer of indie films.

Marian is a Managing Partner at GreenSky. She was previously the Lead Portfolio Manager and Research Director at Sionna Investment Managers, a Toronto-based boutique asset management firm. Marian holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and is a CFA ® charterholder. In her spare time, she drives her kids to their sports practices.

Neil is a Partner at GreenSky. He was previously a Senior Consultant at SECOR/KPMG Strategy Consulting. He is the Founder and former Owner/Operator of a software development company. Neil holds an HBA from the Ivey School at Western University and an MBA and MGA from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he plays nerdy strategy board games.

Valdis is the Chief Technologist at GreenSky. He was previously the Chief Information Officer at Research in Motion and the Chief Technology Officer at Virgin Mobile Canada. He also held senior executive roles at ATI Technologies and A.G. Simpson Co. Valdis holds a BASc, an MASc in Computer Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he snowmobiles the Great White North.

Moien is a Principal at GreenSky. He is the author of 18 peer-reviewed scientific articles and he has experience as a strategy and business consultant to start ups. Moien holds a BASc in Polymer Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic, an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he reads, cooks and watches Netflix.

Sean is a Senior Advisor at GreenSky. He is the Founder and former CEO of Markland Street Asset Management. He was previously the Head of Equity Private Placements at Scotia Capital and Co-Head of Manulife Capital Markets. Sean holds an HBA from the Ivey School at Western University and he is a CFA ® charterholder. In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Directors for Daytrippers Children‘s Charity.

Denis is a Founder and Legal & Governance Advisor at GreenSky, as well as a Founder of Ormston List Frawley LLP, a Toronto boutique corporate law firm. Previously, he was a Partner at Davies Ward Philips & Vineberg. Denis holds a BSocSc in Economics from the University of Ottawa, and an LLB and BCL from McGill University. In his spare time, he runs, rows and repeatedly takes “learn to play tennis” programs.

Victoria is an Investor Relations Manager at GreenSky. She previously worked as a Corporate Recruiter with experience in finance, insurance, and healthcare. Victoria holds a BASc in Environmental Health from Ryerson University and an MSc in Occupational Health from McGill University. She has completed her VC University Certificate through StartUp@Berkeley Law. In her spare time, she plans travel adventures with her kids.

Anton is a Senior Advisor at GreenSky. He is the Founder and CEO of a biotechnology company, and the former Director of Drug Development at a biopharmaceutical company. Anton holds a BSc in Chemistry and Immunology, an MSc in Immunology, an MBA, and a PhD in Medical Biophysics from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he mentors early-career professionals and entrepreneurs.
