GreenSky would like to congratulate Niranjan Mayya and the rest of the RANK Software Inc. (“RANK”) team on the August 24, 2020 closing of the sale of RANK to Arctic Wolf Networks Inc. (“AWN”), a global leader in Security Operations. RANK, a portfolio company of both GreenSky Accelerator Fund II and Fund III, was acquired by AWN in a cash and share deal; members of the GreenSky President’s Club, Generation Ventures, MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund and other angel investors also sold their respective interests in RANK.

RANK’s VASA is an enterprise grade security analytics platform that provides real time threat hunting and behavioral analytics powered by AI. Arctic Wolf is a global leader in security operations.  

The RANK exit comes approximately one year after the GreenSky Funds invested in RANK. Said RANK CEO, Niranjan Mayya, “GreenSky was a fairly recent investor, but having them on our team was critical.  They were an integral part of our deal team – assisting, negotiating, and ultimately closing this transaction.”
