Mike is a Founder and Managing Partner at GreenSky, as well as a non-practicing Partner at Ormston List Frawley LLP, a Toronto boutique corporate law firm. He has co-founded 15+ companies, with three meaningful exits and has decades of experience running, financing and providing legal advice to start ups. Mike holds a BAH and LLB from Queen’s University. In his spare time, he plays guitar and Ultimate Frisbee and spends time with his wife and their kids.
